Project Summary:
The Maryland Stadium Authority received a request from the University of Maryland to oversee construction of a 1,200 space parking garage located on the College Park campus. The garage is for use by students during normal operations and by visitors attending events at the Comcast Center. Access to the garage is via Farm Road or Regents Drive North from MD-193 (University Boulevard) and is connected to the main campus via a bridge and sidewalk system.
